Broadway Wharf
A downtown Ohio River stop for views, fresh air and watching river traffic move through the valley.

See the city from the river
Broadway Wharf offers a way to understand East Liverpool’s setting at the Ohio River. After time among downtown’s buildings, a riverfront stop changes the scale of the visit: the water, bridges and opposite bank put the city in its wider tri-state landscape. It is a useful place to pause, take in the view and connect today’s streets with the river transportation stories in the heritage guide.
A connection taking shape
The proposed East Liverpool Heritage Bike and Walking Trail places the wharf at the beginning of a larger connection through downtown toward East End. The project partner’s published concept follows Broadway and considers onward routes toward the marina and boat ramp. This is an evolving project, not a confirmed continuous visitor trail; use the Riverfront Trail story for context and check official updates before planning a ride.
Before you go
